Items are shipped worldwide from Los Angeles, California. Items are shipped via registered airmail with a tracking number, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item.

Our estimated shipping times are calculated from the moment the creation process has been completed.

  • US, Canada & Europe Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days.

  • US, Canada & Europe Economy: 6-8 business days.

  • US, Canada & Europe Express: 2-4 business days.

  • South America Express Only: 10-14 business days

  • Australia & Asia Express Only: 10-14 business days

Actual delivery time will depend on international customs and your local service.

International Taxes & Duties

Additional VAT & import tax may apply on orders shipped to the EU, Canada and other countries. Fees are determined by your local customs and regulations. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for these rates.

Returns

Please note that because each piece is a one-of-a-kind custom creation, we do not offer returns.

Custom Designed Items
Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. Due to the nature of these orders and the work invested in creating these one-of-a-kind items, if you would like to cancel or return a custom design, the restocking fee is 30% percent of the total amount of the item.
